Analyses indicated that the ability to meet both current and future requirements for retail space was hampered by inefficient and inappropriate access routes for goods transfer and the location and volume of storage areas in relation to the location of the retail outlets.

The Donald Cant Watts Corke team developed an efficient and cost effective goods delivery and movement system that optimised deliveries of a range of goods from storage areas located throughout the ITB through to the various retail and food and beverage outlets tenanted within the building. In consultation with stakeholders, we analysed the service needs and business processes. Our recommendations proposed a number of workflow and capital improvements, including relocation and upgrades to storage facilities and new security scanning equipment.
