The 2-6 Bowes Street office fitout in Canberra's suburb of Phillip makes it possible for Phase Two of the ACT Government’s plan to relocate over 750 ACT Health staff to Woden on a 15-year agreement lease.

Totalling approximately 11,000 m2 over four levels, the fitout boasts a bright and airy
open-plan work environment, as well as quiet rooms, breakout areas, collaboration hubs
and end-of-trip facilities.

With the aim of transforming Woden into the city’s leading ‘Health Hub’, this fantastic refurbishment is another step towards helping the Government streamline its operations
and improve their delivery of vital health services.

Donald Cant Watts Corke provided quantity surveying services project.
