
David Hughes
Director
David recently joined DCWC and has over 30 years experience gained in the UK in a wide range of construction industry sectors, including; commercial, education, health, leisure, residential, retail and transport, in both the public and private arena. He provides cost, commercial, contract, procurement and risk advice to major projects and has particular knowledge and skills gained in major light and heavy railways projects, with capabilities in regard to alliance formation, target cost development, contract negotiations and strategic and alternative procurement methods. As well as a qualified quantity surveyor, David has obtained his Law Degree.
