Stephen McCoullough
Group Director

Stephen commenced his career as a cadet with DCWC in 1980 and was appointed a Director in 2003. Core strengths in quantity surveying and cost management have been developed across a wide variety of ventures. He is currently responsible for health projects, providing strategic cost advice during the master planning, feasibility and early cost planning phases.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS) and president of the AIQS Victorian Chapter Council.
