Rory joined DCWC as a cadet in 1977. Over the past 30+ years he has seen the company grow and diversify into Australia's largest privately owned quantity surveying practice.

His leadership skills have been finely honed – he was a director in Canberra for eight years and has been a national director for the past 10 years. Rory has extensive experience in residential, health, defence, education, medical, research, museum and cultural facilities.
