Annette joined DCWC in March 2010 to lead our new arm DCWC Strategic Planning Pty Ltd. Having held executive positions within the health industry and provided consultancy services in the local government, travel and tourism, education and transport sectors, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as managing director for strategic and business planning and capital project concept development and planning.

Annette provides strategic advice to business and government in relation to planning issues, as well as specific expertise related to strategic project facilitation, including development of capital project briefs and advice to government and PPP bid teams on bid preparation.
