Mark co-established the Brisbane office in 2000. As managing director he has his sights on the strategic direction and vision for DCWC in Queensland and has established the company's reputation for exceeding client expectations with the highest regard to quality.

A qualified mechanical engineer and quantity surveyor, Mark has unparalleled experience in master planning and urban development and significant understanding of various types of procurement from fast-track construction to PPPs. These core strengths have placed him as a trusted advisor to State Government, Treasury and the private sector for some of Queensland's largest projects.
