Lloyd has a thorough knowledge of Project Management methodologies and delivery strategies combined with high technical expertise which has driven projects to successful delivery within quality, time and budget parameters. To ensure the success of his projects, Lloyd takes an active role in their strategic planning, in particular, in the preparation of Business Cases, Feasibility and Options Studies and remains involved with each stage of the project until completion.

Lloyd's considerable experience has been gained over 20 years in the construction industry, during which time he has played a major role in the successful delivery of many complex projects in Queensland and overseas.
