RISE is an acronym for Recreation, Information, Socialising and Entertainment. The RISE offers a range of facilities for the community, including a multifunction sports hall, new library, gymnasium, infant health clinic, crèche facility, youth space, community and function rooms, café and an outdoor performance area.
