DCWC was appointed as project manager and quantity surveyor on the Hammond Road Sport and Recreation Centre.

This $10Million project, located on a ten hectare greenfields site south of Perth, provides facilities for a range of activities and sports including netball, tennis, baseball and softball.

This multipurpose complex comprises clubrooms, changerooms, large function area, program room, commercial kitchen, meeting spaces and after-school care facilities for use by the local community with an expected population of 5000.
