DCWC provided project management services to RMIT University's Building 22, located at the Melbourne city campus. This building features an iconic green façade in the city centre. The project involved the refurbishment of office space levels 3, 4 and additional level 5 with conference rooms and facilities.

The team maintained close liaison with multi stakeholders/groups ensuring contractors scope and program was communicated and understood. DCWC overcame ongoing traffic management restrictions around the city centre site, to deliver the best project outcomes for RMIT.
