The Multipurpose Hall is located at the Junior School Centre at Redlands College. The Multipurpose Hall houses an indoor full-sized basketball court, a Parents and Friends Committee room, canteen, special learning centre, and music and rehearsal spaces. 

DCWC provided cost planning and bills of quantities services.

The project tendered under budget, allowing upgrade of finishes to fitout to be included and negotiated by DCWC with the preferred builder, prior to tender award.
