Queensland University of Technology Library Upgrade - Gardens Point Campus
Prior to any design documentation, DCWC provided a detailed trade estimate based on the existing project masterplan to establish alignment of budget and scope. From this early stage, the final scope of works was established preventing unnecessary re-design from occurring.
Using stringent value management exercises at key stages throughout the design, the project tendered on budget with the scope established at masterplan stage. DCWC also provided complex detailed building services costings for the upgrade of the existing facilities.
