DCWC provided independent reviewer and certification services to this Public Private Partnership on the Partnerships Victoria in Schools Project.  Our services included:

• Assessment of change notice claims

• Capital and facilities management costs

• Monitoring the progress of design and construction

• Completion verification and sign-off of buildings

These services were provided over 11 sites outside Melbourne metropolitan area, across stage 1 (2009) and stage 2 (2010). 

This extensive project comprised three secondary colleges, ten primary schools, two early learning centres, four child care centre / community hubs and one aquatic centre / community hub; all high quality finished and equipped.
