DCWC provided quantity surveying, project management and superintendent services on the construction of Porter Davis Homes' new offices.

The construction of this 2,000m² two storey commercial office building included ESD components such as an in-ground water storage tank for irrigation use and the installation of LOE energy saving glass to reduce solar heat gains. The internal stair case is a feature element with veneer plywood paneling.
