Senior Quantity Surveyor, New South Wales
An opportunity currently exists for a senior quantity surveyor in our dynamic Sydney office.
The position requires a highly skilled professional with experience and knowledge in the preparation of feasibility studies and cost plans, tender documentation and the preparation of accurate bills of quantities. Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in the use of Cost X costing software (or similar) is essential.
We require someone with the ability to diligently guide the work of junior staff, and have excellent oral and communication skills to liase with sub-contractors, builders, project managers, and fellow members of the QS team.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a building related field such as quantity surveying, construction economics or construction management. They will also possess the ability to work on initiative and take ownership of projects. It is expected that the candidate have a minimum of 7 years post graduation experience with either contractor or PQS.

Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, New South Wales
An opportunity currently exists for a junior/intermediate quantity surveyor in our dynamic Sydney office.
The position requires a highly skilled professional with knowledge of the requirements for preparing feasibility studies and cost plans at various levels of design status. The candidate will also possess the ability to accurately measure cost plans, and have experience of the tender documentation process
Our company requires someone with excellent oral and communication skills, holding the ability to liaise with sub-contractors, builders and project managers, and act in a professional and diligent manner in design team and client meetings
The successful candidate will have focus and determination to effectively manage variations on a variety of projects. Tertiary qualifications in a building related field such as quantity surveying, construction economics or construction management is essential.
